Every Wayfinder course comes three ways, with the exception of our flagship Sustainable Leaders course, which we run in person only. Same core, same play-led method. You choose the format that fits how your team actually works.
Why play
You learn it bydoing it.
Wayfinder is built on a simple idea: you learn a thing by doing it, not by being told about it. So there are no lectures. Every course, whichever way you take it, is built around true-to-life scenarios you work through and real decisions you make, with real consequences to live with. You're not learning what good looks like in the abstract; you're practising how to get there, on examples that look like the work you actually do. That's why it sticks, and why the judgement transfers straight back to the job.

In person, instructor-led
Facilitated, immersive and hands-on. The highest-energy format, and the best home for the negotiation and simulation play. Ideal for teams who can get in a room together.
Live online, instructor-led
The same facilitation delivered virtually, run on a shared Miro board. Built for distributed teams, and proven at scale with large organisations.
Online, self-led
Play-based modules you take at your own pace. The same decisions and judgement-building as the facilitated versions, scalable across a whole organisation.
How weuse Miro.
The live online sessions aren't slides. Every workshop runs on a shared Miro board where teams build the actual artefacts of the work: mapping categories and supply chains, plotting impact against influence, drafting specifications, and building conditional “if you / then I” pledges that tie sustainability asks to commercial levers. The board becomes a working record the team keeps and carries back to the desk.
Learn through play
The gameslayer.
Alongside the formal courses, Wayfinder connects a set of supplementary climate and nature games through the site: a lower-commitment way in for anyone, and a way to keep building instinct between and beyond courses.
