Sustainable Leaders is the leadership course: built for the C-suite to understand sustainability as a transition programme for the whole organisation, and to explore what a sustainable future for the business could be. It combines everything Wayfinder teaches, the sustainability basics, the impact on your organisation, and the business case, but explored entirely through your organisation's own lens.
It's the most leading, most strategic course we run: as much a piece of futures thinking as a training. Leaders explore what a sustainable organisation could mean, build the business case for it, and, just as importantly, confront the challenges and pitfalls honestly. It's a true view of the journey, not a rosy one.
And because it puts the leadership team in the room together, it does something a training usually can't: it facilitates the conversation across the organisation that a sustainability programme needs in order to start well.

The C-suite, and the leaders one or two steps from the CEO (CEO-1 / CEO-2), the people who set the ambition and own the organisation's direction.

This is the one course we deliver in person only; there's no online or self-led version.
In person, instructor-led
Two consecutive days in person, followed by a half-day session at least three weeks later. It sits somewhere between training and facilitated strategy discussion: still play-based and exploratory, but closer to the boardroom than the classroom.
What youkeep.
Unlike the other courses, Sustainable Leaders produces something you keep. After the workshop, the leadership team's exploration, the vision of the future organisation and the thinking behind it, is written up and played back to the team, so the session becomes a visioning artefact leadership can carry forward, not just a day in the room.
